DEEP CARE US INC. – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains shipping options, delivery estimates, and import charges for orders placed with Deep Care US Inc.

1) WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to:

  • United States (domestic shipping)
  • European Union (selected countries)
  • Switzerland (DDP – Delivered Duties Paid)
  • United Kingdom (export shipment; import charges may apply)
    Other destinations may be added or removed at any time.

Available shipping destinations and options are shown at checkout.

2) PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

3) DELIVERY ESTIMATES (NOT GUARANTEES)

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by carrier, location, weather, and customs processing.

Typical estimates (examples; final estimates shown at checkout):

  • United States (standard): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • United States (expedited, if offered): 1–3 business days after shipment
  • EU: 5–12 business days after shipment (may vary by country)
  • Switzerland (DDP): 5–12 business days after shipment
  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days after shipment (customs may add time)

4) CARRIERS AND TRACKING

We ship using major carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, or regional partners), depending on destination. Tracking is provided where available.

5) SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless we expressly state free shipping for a promotion or threshold.

6) DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES

6.1 United States

Sales tax may be collected at checkout where required. See our Terms of Service for tax notes.

6.2 European Union (EU)

Shipments to EU countries may include VAT and/or duties depending on the ship-from location and the applicable rules shown at checkout.

6.3 Switzerland (DDP – Delivered Duties Paid)

For Switzerland, we ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This means:

  • We pay import duties, customs clearance charges, and import taxes (including Swiss import VAT) for the shipment, and
  • The recipient should not be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery

6.4 United Kingdom (UK)

For the UK, shipments are generally treated as exports/imports. This means:

  • We charge you the product price and shipping as shown at checkout, and
  • You may be responsible for UK import VAT, duties, customs handling fees, or carrier brokerage fees charged upon import.

We do not control these charges and cannot estimate them precisely.

7) DELIVERY FAILURES, ADDRESS ISSUES, AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts:

  • we may deduct return shipping and handling costs from any refund, and/or
  • we may charge an additional fee to reship, where permitted.

8) SPLIT SHIPMENTS

We may ship orders in multiple packages. If we do so, you will not be charged extra shipping fees solely due to split shipment.

9) SHIPPING COMPLIANCE (FTC TIMING RULE)


We aim to ship within the time stated in our checkout or product pages. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide options as required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to a delay or cancelling for a refund for unshipped items.
