Annual prepaid bundles are HSA/FSA eligible through Flex. Monthly memberships are not HSA/FSA eligible.

HSA/FSA eligibility is determined at checkout based on the total purchase amount. Because monthly billing splits the cost into recurring payments, the membership portion is not eligible, while annual prepaid bundles are.
